Happy Thanksgiving!

All library branches will be closing at 3 p.m.

Johnny Appleseed Day is today! The kids and I will be knee deep in apple snacks, apple crafts, and apple stories! Come in and spend some time with us! The more, the merrier!

We have some pumpkins on the loose in the library! We need some very experienced children to wrangle them up so we can paint them! It has become a tradition at our library to paint a pumpkin every year! Come in and join us!

What in the world could snowmen be up to at Halloween? Aren’t they partaking in the wrong season/holiday? Come in and find out what they are up to and what kind of mischief they can get into. We will be celebrating Halloween with some yummy cupcakes, a spooky craft, and please feel free to dress the kids in their costumes! We love when we get the chance to dress up!

We will be learning a little about Johnny Appleseed and the neat fellow that he was! We will also be painting with apples, and snacking on some delicious apple treats!

October is cookie month! Come in and snack on some cookies and see how the little duckling feels when he gets his very own cookie to munch on!

Who doesn’t love Curious George?! Please come in to find out what kind of mischief he can get into at the airport! We may be able to snack on some banana pudding too! 

Where is your monster? Maybe he/she is on the front of the pumpkin we will get to paint! Come in and see us! Pumpkin painting is so much fun!

Henry looks an awful lot like Frankenstein, and Frankenstein Friday is coming up! Come in and celebrate with us and find your inner Frankenstein! We will also be snacking on green goobly spooky snacks!
